Oysters with Soy & Sesame Dressing
Fresh half-shell oysters drizzled with a tangy soy and sesame dressing and garnished with spring onions. Perfect as a light starter or elegant seafood appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 24 half-shell oysters
  • 2 T light soy sauce
  • 2 T rice wine vinegar
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Place the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil in a jar with a lid and shake to combine.
  2. Arrange the oysters on a platter or individual plates.
  3. Drizzle the soy and sesame dressing over the oysters.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately.
