Oysters with Soy & Sesame Dressing

Fresh half-shell oysters drizzled with a tangy soy and sesame dressing and garnished with spring onions. Perfect as a light starter or elegant seafood appetizer.
Ingredients
- 24 half-shell oysters
- 2 T light soy sauce
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 t sesame oil
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Method
- Place the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil in a jar with a lid and shake to combine.
- Arrange the oysters on a platter or individual plates.
- Drizzle the soy and sesame dressing over the oysters.
