Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Seafood Bazaar, we take pride in supplying premium frozen and chilled seafood products. Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we are unable to accept returns for products ordered incorrectly, unwanted items, or change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Products

If you receive an incorrect item, damaged product, or believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To help us assess the issue quickly, we may request:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging

All issues should be reported on the day of delivery where possible.
