Seafood Bazaar is a family-owned business bringing the freshest New Zealand and imported seafood to restaurants, cafes, caterers, takeaways, and supermarkets for over 30 years. In 1996, we expanded to a standalone location with a larger range and an onsite takeaway kitchen, offering an even wider selection of seafood delights.

Our onsite chef prepares daily specialties including smoked fish pie, seafood salads, and salmon lasagne — fresh, ready-to-enjoy treats that showcase the quality of our seafood. In 2020, we launched our home delivery service, making it easy for customers across the North Island to enjoy premium seafood straight from our shop to their doorstep.

We source all fresh seafood from New Zealand waters, with boats arriving regularly at ports nationwide. Seasonal favourites like Bluff Oysters, New Zealand Scallops, and Whitebait are joined by premium Tuna and Swordfish from the Pacific Islands, along with top-quality frozen seafood from around the world. Seafood Bazaar truly offers almost everything seafood lovers need in one place.

Committed to quality and safety, Seafood Bazaar operates under an MPI-approved Risk Management Programme, and all fresh seafood is processed in an export-approved facility. Our fish is sustainably caught under the Quota Management System, protecting New Zealand seafood stocks for future generations.
